SHIPPING POLICY

Only delivery to Australian residents and business addresses are accepted. Please email our team if you wish to make international purchases.

We use Sendle and Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.

Please make sure that delivery address and post code are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.

All shipments will be dispatched without request for a delivery signature.

Should you have an issue with any of our products, your first point of contact should be an email to sales@southwesthoney.com.au giving us details of the problem. We will then give you a phone call to discuss and sort out the problem with you personally, as quickly as possible.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns.
