1. Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details where available.

Delivery Times & Carriers

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Delivery (Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Regional Areas: May take up to 10 business days

  • Carriers: Sendle, Couriers Please, or Australia Post

Delivery Costs

Free shipping on orders over $125 AUD

  1. Flat rate of $9.95 AUD for orders under $125 AUD

  2. International shipping: Calculated based on total package weight at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. South West Honey is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

  • Public holidays, extreme weather, or natural disasters

  • Third-party courier issues or delays

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges in their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are beyond our control.

3. Damaged or Lost Orders

While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim

  • Keep all original packaging and items

  • Contact us at sales@southwesthoney.com.au and we will assist where possible

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If you experience an issue:

  1. Email us at sales@southwesthoney.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and photos of any damage or concern.

  3. We will contact you to resolve the issue personally.

  • Cancel orders due to misuse of discount codes.

South West Honey shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Health or allergic reactions to our products (ingredients are listed on labels)

  • Delays or failures in performance beyond our control
