  • 1 × [260g] Jarrah Honey
    1 × [260g] Active Redgum (Marri) Honey TA10+
    1 × [260g] Creamed WA Honey TA10+

  • Deep amber and rich, with dried-fruit notes and a long finish. Jarrah comes from Eucalyptus marginata, a tree found only in Western Australia.

  • Rich and earthy, with a gentle sweetness. It comes from the flowers of the marri tree, which grows naturally only in the South West of Western Australia.

  • Smooth, velvety and easy to spread. It's still just honey, with a soft texture that won't drip off your toast.

  • TA stands for Total Activity. It's a laboratory measure of honey's natural antibacterial activity. TA10+ means the batch tested at 10 or higher. Every TA-rated batch is tested individually by an independent, accredited laboratory before it's labelled.

  • South West Honey is a family business run by brothers Ryan and Steve Brand. We look after every step ourselves, from placing the hives to extracting each batch and sending it to your door.

  • Keep it at room temperature in a dry pantry, out of direct sunlight. Liquid honey can crystallise naturally over time. If you prefer it runny, loosen the lid and stand the jar in warm water, stirring now and then.

    Honey is not recommended for children under 12 months.

  • Your card is charged and your pack is sent on the same date each cycle.
    You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account.
    Subscriptions are checked out on their own, so any other honey needs to go in a separate order.
