    Jarrah honey's antimicrobial activity varies naturally between harvests depending on the season and the flowering conditions. Our Jarrah honey is honey that has not been independently tested, however it is held to the same quality standards as our TA20+ and TA35+.

  • If you love the flavour of Jarrah honey and are seeking a honey that has a naturally lower glycemic index, then this is the right honey for you. Our Jarrah honey is perfect for storing for longer periods of time as it naturally will remain liquid, even in the cooler months.

  • Cold-extracted below 40 degrees C. Minimally filtered. Not blended. This batch of Jarrah honey is not laboratory tested for Total Activity, hoever, it does not skip any other quality assurance testing. The savings we make from not laboratory testing for Total Activity are passed onto you.

  • Deep amber. Rich and complex with the characteristic Jarrah tannins, dried-fruit notes, and a long finish. Indistinguishable from TA35+ on the palate — the difference is in the measured laboratory result, not in the flavour.
