At South West Honey, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality Western Australian honey with care. Below you’ll find all the information you need about how we ship, process returns, and handle order issues.

Shipping Information

Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia and selected countries. For international or wholesale export orders, please contact us directly.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (via Australia Post or courier): 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and destination.

Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of receiving payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Peak Periods
During busy seasons (like Christmas or special promotions), please allow a little extra time for dispatch and delivery.

📦 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal or courier services. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping provider first using your tracking number. We'll do our best to support you.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the food-based nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Crystallised honey

  • Out-of-date or expired stock

Crystallisation is a natural process that occurs in pure, raw honey. It’s a sign of quality and minimal processing, and not a fault. We do not recommend heating honey in a microwave, as it may damage enzymes and reduce its natural antimicrobial benefits.

To re-liquefy, gently place your honey jar in a bowl of warm (not hot) water.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll guide you through the next steps and whether compensation or refund is applicable via the Postal Service or South West Honey.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement — provided they haven’t already been packed or shipped.
