Honey & Berry Overnight Oats
(with Western Australian Raw Honey)
Start your day the natural way! This simple, nourishing breakfast recipe combines the wholesome goodness of rolled oats, antioxidant-rich berries, and the pure, natural sweetness of raw Western Australian honey from South West Honey. Perfect for busy mornings or a make-ahead meal prep option.
Ingredients (Serves 1–2):
½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
½ cup Greek yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt
1 tbsp South West Raw Honey 🍯
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added fibre)
Toppings: sliced banana, nuts, extra honey drizzle
Instructions:
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and South West Honey. Stir well to mix.
Gently fold in the berries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give it a stir and top with banana slices, nuts, or a little extra raw honey for a natural energy boost.
