Honey & Berry Overnight Oats

(with Western Australian Raw Honey)

Start your day the natural way! This simple, nourishing breakfast recipe combines the wholesome goodness of rolled oats, antioxidant-rich berries, and the pure, natural sweetness of raw Western Australian honey from South West Honey. Perfect for busy mornings or a make-ahead meal prep option.

Ingredients (Serves 1–2):

  • ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • ½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp South West Raw Honey 🍯

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added fibre)

  • Toppings: sliced banana, nuts, extra honey drizzle

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and South West Honey. Stir well to mix.

  2. Gently fold in the berries.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  4. In the morning, give it a stir and top with banana slices, nuts, or a little extra raw honey for a natural energy boost.
