Ingredients

  • 150g Miller & Baker Pancake Mix

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • South West Honey (Jarrah or Marri)

  • Artisan butter

  • Seasonal fruit (berries, banana, or nectarine)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg and melted butter.

  2. Stir gently until just combined — do not overmix.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly butter.

  4. Pour small rounds of batter into the pan.

  5. When bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until golden.
