Ingredients
150g Miller & Baker Pancake Mix
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
South West Honey (Jarrah or Marri)
Artisan butter
Seasonal fruit (berries, banana, or nectarine)
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg and melted butter.
Stir gently until just combined — do not overmix.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly butter.
Pour small rounds of batter into the pan.
When bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook until golden.
Stack warm pancakes on a plate, top with butter and generously drizzle with South West Honey.
