Creamed honey is not a processed product — it is raw honey that has been carefully managed through its natural crystallisation process. By controlling the temperature and introducing fine seed crystals, the honey sets to a smooth, spreadable consistency with a fine grain and a clean pale-amber colour.
No heat is applied. No additives, stabilisers, or texture agents are used. The result is a honey that spreads like butter from the fridge, carries all the enzymes of raw honey, and delivers the flavour of WA single-origin honey in the most accessible format we produce.

Independently certified TA10+ using the University of Waikato agar well diffusion method. TA10+ reflects a measured antimicrobial activity of a minimum 10% phenol equivalence — appropriate for an everyday-use honey where consistent consumption over time is the goal.

Pale amber to white. Mild, smooth, and naturally sweet — with the clean character of single-origin WA honey without the intensity of the higher-rated active varieties. The texture is the standout: dense and spreadable, with none of the graininess of poorly crystallised honey.
